Pumpkin Spice Praline Pecans

Pumpkin Spice Praline Pecans. Pumpkin Spice Praline PecansI know that everything I’ve been posting lately has been pumpkin and a dessert… And I kinda of maybe a little bit feel like I should apologize, but then at the same time I’m like… What?! Why?! Pumpkin and dessert are both amazing! This will be the last dessert I post for a little while… but it won’t be the last pumpkin thing! Nope, certainly not! I have a few more pumpkin deliciousnesses up my sleeve, and it would be a true shame not to share them.

I’m remaining very busy on the acting and Door to Door front, so I do apologize again for my infrequent posts. Now that the pilot is up, we’re getting a whole lot of buzz around Charlotte. We’re currently 39% funded for Season 1 with only 22 days left to go, and a reward tier was added that includes freshly baked cookies or brownies (from any recipe on my blog) straight from my kitchen to your doorstep! Pretty cool, eh? If you’re interested in becoming a backer of this awesome project, see our Kickstarter page  🙂 .

But on to these pecans! I’m a total lover of pralines. Ever since moving to the south and trying them for the first time, I pretty much live for the autumn and winter, when consuming pralines seems the most appropriate to me. I also looooooooove pecans, which makes this little gem that much more appealing to me. Instead of being massive pralines with pecans studded throughout, these are massive pecans coated in praline goodness. With the addition of a pumpkin spice blend of spices, I just want these little treats to get in my mouth as soon as possible!

These are fantastic on their own, great as an ice cream topping, great to top a pie or cake with, and you can even get creative and toss them in your warm pear and goat cheese salad! OK… now I’m drooling… I need to make that salad.
