Blueberry Green Juice and the 13th day of my juice cleanse. Oh. My. Gosh. I only have 1 more day. ONE MORE!

Sorry, should I reiterate… ONE MORE?!

Morning Exercise: ‘Twas a beautiful morning for a 5 mile walk in the undulating Piper Glen neighborhood. At least I think it was something around 5 miles. I’m not positive. I kept trying to make it longer by traveling down different neighborhoods and cul de sacs along the way

I feel: Excellent, and honestly super excited about only having 1 day left on the cleanse. It is a little bit bittersweet because my stomach has never been flatter, and I definitely feel a bit worried about my transition back onto solid foods. I’m scurred, guys! I don’t want to  get any stomach aches from the transition or gain back any of the lovely weight that I’ve lost. I also don’t want to get rid of this flat flat stomach… I realize that it’s quite possible that I won’t have any adverse effects from switching back to solid food and I might just be getting all nervous for nothing, but I don’t know!

Weight Lost: 1 lb,

Total Weight Lost: 10.5 lbs.

This Blueberry Green Juice is comprised simply of blueberries, spinach, and apples, and it’s fantastically packed with antioxidants and blueberry flavor.  Packed with Vitamin K, blueberries have been shown to help improve your memory! That’s something I need right now… Spinach is also high in vitamins K, A, and iron! It also has anti-inflammatory properties and is packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 Cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Fuji Apples

Send everything through your juicer and enjoy! I find it’s easiest to juice blueberries and spinach if I stuff them together in the feed tube of juicer before starting it up. Then I start the juicer and let it get to full speed, then quickly shove the spinach and blueberries through, followed by the apples, which help push more of the spinach and blueberry juices through.
