Greek Yogurnutters

A simple and well-rounded breakfast meal with multigrain bread, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and bananas.
Ingredients
  • 2 Slices of Healthy Bread
  • 2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter (Skippy Natural is my favorite)
  • ¼-1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
  • 1 Banana, sliced
Instructions
  1. Toast 2 slices of good bread
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp of peanut butter onto each slice of toast.
  3. Spread ⅛-1/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt on top of the peanut butter.
  4. Distribute banana slices evenly on each piece. There is no real science to this, you can use as much peanut butter and yogurt as you want.
  5. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top.
  6. Cut it into triangles if you wish, take it out on the patio, sit in the morning sun with a cup of coffee and smile!
