Greek Yogurnutters

- 2 Slices of Healthy Bread
- 2 Tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter (Skippy Natural is my favorite)
- ¼-1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
- 1 Banana, sliced
- Toast 2 slices of good bread
- Spread 1 Tbsp of peanut butter onto each slice of toast.
- Spread ⅛-1/4 Cup of Greek Yogurt on top of the peanut butter.
- Distribute banana slices evenly on each piece. There is no real science to this, you can use as much peanut butter and yogurt as you want.
- Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top.
- Cut it into triangles if you wish, take it out on the patio, sit in the morning sun with a cup of coffee and smile!
