Pear Citrus Vinaigrette

- ½ Ripe Pear
- Juice from ½ Small Orange (such as a tangelo or valencia orange)
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 5-6 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- In a blender, food processor, or Magic Bullet, mix all ingredient together until frothy.
- Pour into a cute container and serve atop your salad, in a sandwich or wrap, or use it as a dip.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
