Dark Chocolate Toffee Chip Cookies

Incredibly addictive cookies featuring dark chocolate chips, toffee bits, and cinnamon.
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ¾ tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In your mixer, mix together butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and egg whites one at a time until well incorporated. Add vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. Slowly add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients while the mixer is still going.
  5. Add chocolate chips and toffee bits.
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or silpat mat, place rounded tablespoon-sized scoops of dough about 2 inches apart.
  7. Place in the oven for 8 minutes or until edges are just barely beginning to brown.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes before moving onto a wire rack.
