Jalapeño Lime Tilapia

Easy and healthy spicy tilapia dish with a kick!
Ingredients
  • 2- 6oz. Filets Tilapia
  • ¼ Cup Chopped White Onion
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tbps. Diced Pickled Jalapeño
  • ½ Lime
  • ½ Lemon
  • Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together onion, peppers, and the juice of ½ of a lemon. Set aside.
  3. On a square sheet of aluminum foil, lay the tilapia filets side by side. Squeeze the juice from ½ of a lime evenly onto each filet.
  4. Spoon onion/pepper mixture evenly onto the top of each filet. Fold the foil over the fish like an envelope.
  5. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your filet.
  6. Serve hot with Cholula.
