Jalapeño Lime Tilapia

- 2- 6oz. Filets Tilapia
- ¼ Cup Chopped White Onion
- ¼ Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbps. Diced Pickled Jalapeño
- ½ Lime
- ½ Lemon
- Cholula Chili Lime Hot Sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a small bowl, mix together onion, peppers, and the juice of ½ of a lemon. Set aside.
- On a square sheet of aluminum foil, lay the tilapia filets side by side. Squeeze the juice from ½ of a lime evenly onto each filet.
- Spoon onion/pepper mixture evenly onto the top of each filet. Fold the foil over the fish like an envelope.
- Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your filet.
- Serve hot with Cholula.
