Packed with peanut butter deliciousness, these Greek yogurt drops will satisfy your craving without hurting your waistline.
Ingredients
¾ Cup Greek Yogurt
¼ Cup Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
2 tsp. Stevia
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, mix together all ingredients until smooth.
Place mixture into a piping bag, preferably one fitted with a star tip.
Line a baking sheet with wax paper, and squeeze dollops of the mixture out of the piping bag to be about the size of a large chocolate chip.
Place dollop-covered baking sheet into the freezer for at least 30 minutes. You can then transfer the drops into a ziploc bag and keep them in the freezer.
