Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette

A refreshingly zesty, healthy salad dressing that can also be used for a marinade.
Ingredients
  • Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Frozen Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (thawed)
  • ½ Clove Fresh Garlic, Minced
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • In a blender or food processor, mix together all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
  • Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a month. Shake well before using (the oil and vinegar will separate as the dressing sits).
