Peach Port Salut and Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Spicy Pepper Jack, sweet peaches, warm, rich chili powder and soft, creamy Port Salut create a beautifully unique and flavorful grilled cheese twist.
Ingredients
  • 2 Pieces of Bread
  • ½ Fresh Ripe Peach, sliced
  • ½ tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Port Salute Cheese, Softened
  • ⅛-1/4 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
Instructions
  1. To assemble: spread Port Salute on 1 slice of bread. Lay peaches evenly on top, sprinkle with chili powder, and spread shredded Pepper Jack on top of that. Place 2nd slice of bread on top.
  2. On a nonstick skillet over medium heat, place assembled sandwich and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes each side.
  3. Slice and serve hot!
