Peach Mango Chia Pops

No added sugar or sweeteners, just fresh peaches, mangoes, coconut water, and lime juice in these refreshing popsicles.
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Pure Coconut Water
  • 1 Large Peach, Skinned and Pitted
  • ½ Large Mango, Skinned
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 2 tsp. Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. In your blender or food processor, blend first 5 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and blend briefly, just until mixed through.
  3. Pour into a popsicle mold, insert sticks, and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  4. Remove from molds and serve promptly. Enjoy!
