Honey Walnut Broiled Peaches with Cottage Cheese

- 1 Large Peach, halved
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Raw Walnut Pieces
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
- On a nonstick baking sheet or cake pan, place peach halves cut side up.
- Sprinkle each half with ½ tsp. Cinnamon, then drizzle each with ¼ tsp. Honey.
- Sprinkle and fill each half with 1 Tbsp. walnut pieces, then drizzle the remaining honey on top.
- Place in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, set the oven to "Broil" for 3 minutes. Remove from oven.
- To serve, scoop ½ Cup Cottage Cheese into a bowl or plate and top with a broiled peach. Makes 2.
