Fresh, clean, and easy Corn and Black Bean Salsa recipe is perfect for a summer salsa, as a topping, or to stir up in your salad. It's so refreshing!
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Fresh Raw Corn Kernels
  • 1 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Cup Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Serve with chips, as a topping, or in a salad!
