Corn and Black Bean Salsa

- 1 Cup Fresh Raw Corn Kernels
- 1 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Cup Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve with chips, as a topping, or in a salad!
