A little bit sweet, a little bit salty, somewhere along the line of kettle corn with an abundance of aromatic spices. A perfect fall treat.
Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Popcorn Kernels
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp. White Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Cloves
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. In a cup or small bowl, mix together all spices, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a 10 inch saucepan over medium-high heat, heat oil with 1 kernel, covered. When the single kernel pops, add the rest of the popcorn and cover. Make sure your lid allows steam to escape or the popcorn will be soggy.
  3. When popping slows, remove saucepan from heat and quickly transfer popcorn into a large bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and spice mix and stir to coat. Serve and enjoy!
  4. Once completely cooled, popcorn can be stored in an airtight container.
