Sweet and delicate pecans in a decadent pumpkin spice praline coating. Your mouth will thank you!
Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Unsalted Butter
  • ½ Cup Half and Half
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Ground Cloves
  • ½ tsp. Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp. Nutmeg
  • 12 oz. Raw Pecans (approximately 2 cups)
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients (except pecans). Stir constantly. When mixture begins to bubble, stir frequently for about 15 minutes until mixture thickens.
  2. Add pecans and continue to stir until pecans are well coated and sugar mixture has gotten ever so slightly crumbly. Pour pecans onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool. Spread them out with a spatula for cooling.
  3. Serve warm or cooled. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
