Curried Cauliflower Mash

This Curried Cauliflower Mash is a delicious low-carb alternative to mashed potatoes. Clean, healthy, and gluten free, this spicy dish is sure to please.
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Cauliflower Florets
  • 1 tsp. Curry Powder
  • ½ tsp. Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Fill a saucepan with about 1 inch of water. Pour cauliflower in and allow to steam over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes or until nicely steamed.
  2. Drain the water out of the pot and add all of the remaining ingredients to the cauliflower. Using a potato masher, smash up the cauliflower until it is the consistency you desire. For an even smoother consistency, you can give it a whir in the blender or food processor.
  3. Makes 1 cup.
