Flourless Protein Brownies

High protein brownies made with whey protein powder, dark chocolate chips, and no flour.
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Dymatize Elite Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder
  • 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup Egg Whites
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ¼ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line an 8x8 brownie pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl with a mixer, blend together first 8 ingredients in order. Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into the lined brownie pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
