Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Egg White Scramble

High protein, low-carb, and super healthy smoked salmon, chive, goat cheese, and egg white scramble recipe for a wonderful breakfast.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Egg Whites
  • ¼ Cup Smoked Salmon (pulled apart into shreds)
  • 2 tsp. Chopped Chives
  • 2 tsp. Chèvre Goat Cheese
Instructions
  1. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour egg whites and stir occasionally when they begin to turn opaque (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add Smoked Salmon and Chives and continue to stir occasionally until egg whites are cooked through (about 3-4 more minutes). *Tip- It's best to add the smoked salmon and chives within the last couple of minutes of cooking so that they get coated in egg white, but the salmon does not cook.
  3. Remove from heat and serve hot with salt and pepper to taste.
