Antioxidant Blast Smoothie

Looking for a delicious antioxidant smoothie? Blueberries, spinach, pomegranate juice, and chia seeds create this amazing antioxidant blast smoothie recipe.
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Whole Leaf Spinach
  • ¼ Cup 100% Pomegranate Juice (I use Pom)
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Chia Seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients in your blender until smooth. You can add the chia seeds at the beginning or stir them in at the end (they don't need to be ground like flax to release their beneficial properties).
  2. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
