This vegetable juice is wonderfully reminiscent of a Bloody Mary (without the booze or hot sauce). The color isn't amazing, but it tastes fantastic!
Ingredients
1 Large Ripe Tomato, quartered
2 Large Stalks of Celery
1 Carrot
½ Cup Cucumber
A large handful of Cilantro
Instructions
Send everything through your juicer, pour in a glass, and enjoy! When I drink a pure vegetable juice I add 1-2 tsp. Olive Oil in the glass for extra benefits, plus I like to keep my body "lubricated" with a little bit of oil and heart-healthy fat.
