Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ tsp. Honey
  • ½ tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • ⅛ tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sage Brown Butter
  • Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, rosemary, and white pepper. Add sweet potatoes into the bowl and stir until well coated.
  3. On a baking sheet, spread sweet potatoes evenly in one layer. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat, begin melting the Sage Brown Butter. Add sweet potatoes into the saucepan and stir until well coated. Allow to cook for about 2-5 minutes until coated and warm, sprinkle with sea salt to taste, and serve.
