Ingredients
2 Cups Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ tsp. Honey
½ tsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary, chopped
⅛ tsp. White Pepper
1 Tbsp. Sage Brown Butter
Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, rosemary, and white pepper. Add sweet potatoes into the bowl and stir until well coated.
On a baking sheet, spread sweet potatoes evenly in one layer. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.
In a saucepan over medium heat, begin melting the Sage Brown Butter. Add sweet potatoes into the saucepan and stir until well coated. Allow to cook for about 2-5 minutes until coated and warm, sprinkle with sea salt to taste, and serve.
