Cinnamon Nutmeg Snowball Cookies

- 1 Cup Unsalted Butter
- ½ Cup Powdered Sugar (plus ½ cup for rolling in after baking)
- 2¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
- ¼ tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream together butter and ½ Cup Sugar. Add salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add Pecans and mix through.
- Roll into Tablespoon-sized balls and lay out on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until bottoms are slightly golden.
- Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar. Set aside.
- When all cookies have cooled completely, roll once more in powdered sugar for that lovely snow-dusted look.
