Creamy Dijon Salmon

A very simple and very healthy salmon recipe that is not skimping on flavor.
Ingredients
  • 6 oz Salmon
  • 1 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
Instructions
  1. For every 6 ounces of salmon, combine 1 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt with 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Dijon Mustard.
  2. Spread mustard mixture evenly on top of salmon.
  3. Cook over medium heat in a skillet brushed with olive oil. Start skin side down and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
