Creamy Dijon Salmon

- 6 oz Salmon
- 1 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt (I use Fage 0%)
- 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
- For every 6 ounces of salmon, combine 1 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt with 2 Tbsp. Whole Grain Dijon Mustard.
- Spread mustard mixture evenly on top of salmon.
- Cook over medium heat in a skillet brushed with olive oil. Start skin side down and cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
