Cauliflower Mash

- 1 Large Bunch of Caulifower
- 1-2 Tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Creamy Horseradish
- Sea Salt to taste
- Remove leaves and cut florets from stem.
- Place florets into a pot and fill with about an inch of water. Place on stove over medium/high heat with the lid on top.
- Steam for about 10 minutes
- Remove pan from heat. Pour excess water out through a strainer.
- Return cauliflower to pot and mash up the florets with a potato masher.
- Add mustard and horseradish and continue to mash mash mash until desired consistency is achieved.
