Cauliflower Mash

Low-carb and delicious mashed potato supplement: Cauliflower mash is amazing!
Ingredients
  • 1 Large Bunch of Caulifower
  • 1-2 Tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Creamy Horseradish
  • Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Remove leaves and cut florets from stem.
  2. Place florets into a pot and fill with about an inch of water. Place on stove over medium/high heat with the lid on top.
  3. Steam for about 10 minutes
  4. Remove pan from heat. Pour excess water out through a strainer.
  5. Return cauliflower to pot and mash up the florets with a potato masher.
  6. Add mustard and horseradish and continue to mash mash mash until desired consistency is achieved.
