Double Chocolate BBQ Potato Chip Cookies

Two forms of decadent chocolate come together with the spicy sweet and crunchy BBQ potato chip for an amazingly unique cookie.
Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 Cup Dark or Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Cups Hickory BBQ Potato Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. Add vanilla, egg, and honey and mix thoroughly, then slowly add cocoa powder.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the wet mixture with your mixer going.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and BBQ Potato Chips.
  6. On a baking sheet lined with a Silpat or Parchment Paper, drop dough by the tablespoon about 2 inches apart. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
