Double Chocolate BBQ Potato Chip Cookies

- ½ Cup Butter
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ Cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Flour
- ½ tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 Cup Dark or Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 Cups Hickory BBQ Potato Chips
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add vanilla, egg, and honey and mix thoroughly, then slowly add cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the wet mixture with your mixer going.
- Stir in chocolate chips and BBQ Potato Chips.
- On a baking sheet lined with a Silpat or Parchment Paper, drop dough by the tablespoon about 2 inches apart. Place in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes before removing to a cooling rack.
